Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

Free shipping is only valid for orders of water based products delivered to Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney metro areas (up to 50km from the corresponding CBD) on orders over $300, and for customers purchasing through nanomiixpaint.com.au, excluding international customers. To qualify for free shipping, the ordered goods must be available and in stock, payment must be received, and valid delivery details must be provided. 

Standard Shipping Terms and Conditions

NanoMiix Pty Ltd (NanoMiix) will dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day. If certain items are unavailable for dispatch within the above timeframes, the customer may be notified, and either:

The available stock will be sent without the unavailable items, which will be dispatched separately once they become available (more applicable if the unavailable items will take longer than 7 days to return to stock).

The entire order will be withheld until the out-of-stock items return to stock (applicable if stock will return within 3 days).

NanoMiix uses a dynamic freight solution. To obtain a quote and determine the estimated delivery time to your location, please add the desired items to your cart. Then proceed to your cart to obtain an accurate shipping quote. You can select the carrier and the preferred delivery time for your order at the cart.

How long will the delivery take?

Approximate delivery times are available at checkout. Please enter your postcode, and the most up-to-date delivery times will be provided.

How do I track my parcel?

We will send a link with a tracking number via email once the order has been processed.
