Can I update my shipping address?
Certainly, you have the option to update your shipping address. Please contact us promptly at orders@nanomiixpaint.com.au to facilitate this change before your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Regrettably, we do not offer international shipping services currently. Our shipping services are exclusively available within Australia.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor the progress of your order until it arrives at your designated address.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Orders received before 2pm are processed for dispatch on the same day. Those placed after 2pm are processed on the subsequent business day. Delivery costs and estimated times are determined at the checkout stage.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate payments by cheque.

Are the cans reusable?
Certainly, our cans are reusable. With proper cleaning, they can serve various purposes.
Are there harmful chemicals in NanoMiix?
NanoMiix is formulated as an environmentally friendly solution with low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It provides a low odour alternative for your painting needs.
Do I need a primer?
While we recommend using a primer for painting new walls, NanoMiix can be applied directly over any acrylic wall paint. It is available to be tinted in a variety of colours.
Do you sell exterior paint?
No, Currently we don’t offer exterior paint options.
How long does it take for NanoMiix to work?
NanoMiix becomes effective as soon as its applied. Its antimicrobial properties disrupt the cell membranes of microbes upon contact, making it 99.9% effective against tested viruses, bacteria and mould.
How long do the antimicrobial benefits last?
The antimicrobial benefits endure as long as the paint film is well-maintained and in good condition.
What is the difference between interior and exterior paint?
Exterior paint is formulated to withstand harsher environmental conditions such as temperature fluctuations, humidity, and direct sunlight. While the composition is similar to interior paint, exterior paint incorporates additional features to enhance durability.

Our paint is proudly 100% Australian-made by the oldest family owned paint manufacturer in Australia.
Return & Refunds
How do I arrange a return?

What am I able to return?
Unopened, unused cans of non-tinted paint can be returned in their original condition and packaging. For detailed information, please review our full delivery and refund policy.
What are the return costs?
Returns due to incorrect ordering or a change of mind require the customer to cover return shipping costs to our warehouse in Sydney (6 Christie St, St Marys NSW 2760). In case of damaged, incorrect, or faulty items, NanoMiix Pty Ltd will arrange return shipping and replacement of affected items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. What is our return policy?
Contact NanoMiix Pty Ltd via email to initiate a return, ensuring clear communication regarding reasons for the return. Most online purchases are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days, subject to certain conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee may apply for change of mind returns.
